Full Service Workshops

All branches across Australia include mechanical workshops with full capabilities, with our flagship workshop just south of Perth accommodating 12 heavy vehicle bays, 60 tonne crane capacity and floor ground bearing capacity in excess of 100 tonnes, with 12.6 metres underhook height.

All rebuilds and repairs are completed to client budget and timeframe, whether they require a full zero-hour mid-life rebuild or a quick touch-up before heading to a new site.

Following a strictly defined process, all repairs undergo a comprehensive machine audit at the outset either on site or at our workshop following removal from operation. If not identified prior, a scope of works will then be developed and agreed upon by all parties.

The machines are then thoroughly washed in our contained and recycled pressure wash facility before being stripped down for further assessment. Individual components are stripped, assessed, and rebuilt using OEM repair guidelines and then tested where possible on our in-house ADCO 8000 dynamometer.

Every step is completed onsite by the qualified Murray Engineering team in our own facilities; from sandblasting and fabrication repairs (including vibration stress relieving) to paintwork matching and application in our state-of-the-art downdraft paint booth.
