Mark Coughlan

Mark Coughlan is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the mining and professional services sectors. Mark has been employed within the Byrnecut Group for over 10 years in various Senior Management positions spanning across finance, commercials, and operations. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Murray Engineering in July 2021 and had been the Company's General Manager of Operations prior to that.

Mark has considerable experience in contract management and running operations, with a proven track record in managing costs and improving operational efficiencies. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Management, is a fellow of the Charted Accountants Australia and New Zealand and has completed a Masters of Finance.

Brian Patience

Brian has worked in the mining industry for the past 40 years and has an extensive background with major OEMs such as Komatsu, Normet, Sandvik and mining suppliers such as Drillcube and Swick Mining Services. Brian’s experience spans many roles, including technical support, training, aftermarket specialist, product management and sales. He has broad global experience in all aspects of underground mining and exploration, having worked in the areas of fleet maintenance support, ground support, rock tools, mining consumables and exploration.

Shane Dunn

Shane's 26 years experience in mining includes manufacturing, project management and the use of cutting edge technology in the execution of contracts.
